Halloween Cupcake Fun!

I knew I had to do these! and you might be wondering about the missing cupcake ha!
it wasn't me...I swear!



see...I told ya! she loved it and wanted more!

and the final product!




For the Cupcakes I used Martha White cupcake mixes but my twist for a more delicious cupcake is to add 2 tablespoons of oil per mix. Oil makes them more moist.




Cream Cheese Frosting

1/2 cup softened butter
8 ounces cream cheese
1 pound powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix all ingredients on high until soft and whipped. Spread onto completely cooled cupcakes, or place into a pastry bag with a large star tip and have fun!

Store in fridge, as icing will soften at room temperature.
